When will the Stargate Command web site and apps be taken down?

As of 12:00pm US Pacific Time on 12/31/19, the Stargate Command service (both at stargatecommand.co and the Stargate Command apps) was discontinued and all user accounts were closed.

Why are you shutting down Stargate Command?

We’re not shutting it down exactly! Instead, we’re transitioning some Stargate Command content to YouTube to make it available to a wider audience while taking down our site and apps.

I had an All-Access Pass. What happens to my subscription?

If your subscription is set to end in 2020, you will be reimbursed in full, inclusive of taxes (if applicable). Refunds will be processed in January 2020, so please allow up to three weeks for the refund to show up on your credit card or bank statements.

If you are eligible for a refund and subscribed through the Stargatecommand.co site using a payment card that is no longer valid, please contact us at support@stargatecommand.co.

I was a registered member of SGC, but I don’t have an All-Access Pass. Am I eligible for a refund?

No, only All-Access Pass holders whose current subscription would have extended beyond 12/31/19 are eligible for refunds.

You can still receive news and updates about Stargate, as well as other news about MGM properties. If you do not already receive MGM marketing emails, click here to sign up.

Currently there are only plans to feature some Stargate shows, like Dialing Home and Recon, on YouTube.
